Shipping Policy
Processing time does not include shipping time. If you need your item in a hurry, please email us and other arrangements can be made (additional costs apply for expedited shipping). Delivery dates are not guaranteed. If you would like expedited shipping or shipping insurance for your order, please contact me prior to purchase and arrangements can be made.
Items are sent via USPS First Class mail. Standard shipping time for First Class packages is 3-5 business days. Delivery date is not guaranteed.
Once your package has been accepted by the USPS, Dexterity Imprints is not responsible for delivery dates or delayed packages. If you would like an update on the status of your package, please contact the USPS with your tracking number and they can provide more detailed information.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can resolve the issue. We do NOT accept returns on custom orders. All custom orders are final. We will not be able to accept custom photo gifts back due to us not being able to resale the item. If there is an issue that was due to Dexterity Imprints mistake, please contact us and we will resolve it asap.
If you receive your item damaged, it will be replaced at no cost. If your item is damaged, please send a picture of the damage and information to me via email at daryl@dxdecor.com. Your items will be replaced in the same style, colors, and model as originally ordered.

All items are made to order
If your order is missing information, I will contact you via email and request the missing information. If color information is not specified, you will receive your item in the default listing colors. If names or personalized information is missing, your order will not begin processing until this information is received. You will have 48 hours to reply back with the missing information or your order will be canceled with no refund.

Cancellations of orders in progress are subject to a 30% fee of the purchase price for time spent on creating a mock-up if one has been created before you request a cancellation/Refund.
